The terms that apply when you opt in to receive text messages from Tranzporter LLC.

These SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern text (SMS) messaging between you and Tranzporter LLC ("Tranzporter," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Tranzporter LLC, you agree to the following.

1. Program Description

Tranzporter LLC is a refrigerated (reefer) and dry-freight trucking company based in Glendale, Arizona, moving freight across the lower 48 states. We use SMS to communicate directly with shippers, brokers, and receivers about active and prospective freight. Messages are transactional and operational in nature — including dispatch and load coordination, pickup and delivery status updates, scheduling and delivery coordination, and billing and invoice inquiries. Message frequency varies depending on your active shipments and communications; you may receive typically 10 to 30 messages per month.

2. Consent for SMS Communication

Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for communication related to our services. SMS consent is never sold or shared with third parties.

3. Types of SMS Communications

By opting in, you may receive SMS messages related to:

  • Dispatch, load, and delivery coordination
  • Pickup and delivery status updates
  • Scheduling and delivery appointment coordination
  • Follow-up messages regarding your freight or inquiry
  • Billing and invoice inquiries

Message frequency varies depending on the type of communication and your active shipments. On average, you may receive typically 10 to 30 messages per month related to dispatch, deliveries, scheduling, and billing.

5. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may differ for domestic or international messages. Tranzporter LLC does not charge you for receiving SMS messages.

6. Opt-In Methods

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Tranzporter LLC in the following ways:

  • By submitting the contact form at tranzporterllc.com/contact and checking the SMS consent box (unchecked by default and optional)
  • By providing your mobile number and giving verbal or written consent when you arrange freight or service with Tranzporter LLC — for example, during load setup, rate confirmation, or scheduling

7. Opt-Out Instructions
